This series consists of a copy of a scrapbook of newspaper clippings relating to Dr Neil Conn's term of office as Administrator of the Northern Territory. The newspaper clippings are arranged in chronological order in two groups of batched documents. Included are articles about the duties of the Administrator, including: official visits, functions, fundraising appeals, investiture ceremonies, and the presentation of awards and medals. The first scrapbook (dated 1997-1998) includes articles from the NT News regarding the Duke of Edinburgh's visit to Darwin in April 1998. The second scrapbook (dated 1998-2000) includes clippings regarding the resignation of Shane Stone as Chief Minister and the subsequent appointment of Denis Burke as Chief Minister in February 1999.
